RAY' S WAY is easy.
- Tuning starts with a tool to make the base flat and create micro grooves
called structure which keeps the P-tex from sticking in moist snow.
- The next step is to sharpen the steel edges to the proper bevel angle
using an edge tool. This makes the edges hold well on hard surfaces
and creates versatility in turn initiation.
- Third you wax the base and brush it to expose the structure.
Waxing makes for smooth gliding, ease of turning
and protects the P-tex from abrasion.
- Then you go out and enjoy the results.
