WHO AM I?

I've been file tuning my family's skis since 1976. In 1993 I retired from Polaroid Corp. where I worked as an engineer and manager in camera development and manufacturing. The following winter I worked as a ski instructor. Skiing almost every day, I spent a lot of time file tuning my skis.

 

HOW DID I INVENT THE RAY'S WAY PROCESS?

I HATED FILE TUNING!! File tuning took too long , too much effort and produced un-professional looking results. Being retired, I now had the time and incentive to experiment with alternatives to file tuning that would make tuning more fun, satisfying and effective.

I invented RAY'S WAY KITS for my own use! I never intended to sell it.
